Hermes Cape Cod in a 18k yellow and a Mother of pearl dial in MASSIVE yellow gold (not gold plated) Ref. CC1.185 
Overall in a very good condition, leather strap is in poor condition but a new one will be added before shipping (not Hermes). No visible dents nor any major scratched visible to the naked eye.
